Rising over three levels from waterline to flybridge and displacing 50-60 tonnes, the Riviera 68 Sports Motor Yacht is a refined, powerful motor yacht —engineered with advanced navigational and electrical systems and luxury finishes. Built on the Gold Coast at the Riviera facility, this Australian-built masterpiece delivers high-performance, long-range cruising with a smooth, controlled ride. The Riviera 68 and its sister yacht, the 72 Sports Motor Yacht, were created by the in-house Riviera design group working in partnership the renowned Dutch naval architecture firm Mulder Design.

Riviera's state-of-the-art fit-out bays ensure precision craftsmanship at every stage of luxury yacht production.

Riviera’s range of long range, blue water Sports Motor Yachts include the 46, 50, 58, 64, 68 and 72 models (measured by feet) that collectively boast refined handcrafted appointments. The 68 and 72 models go further, designed for adventurers exploring the Australian coast, the South Pacific and beyond.

Both models are equipped with advanced technology for offshore cruising. They feature a V-drive transmission for optimal weight distribution and performance and underwater exhausts to reduce noise and emissions. Power comes from twin high-performance German MAN V-12 diesel engines, each producing 1,550 hp, with optional upgrades to 1,800 or 2,000 hp. Twin 27.5kW and 13.5kW generators, robust AC/DC systems and superior fuel filtration ensure reliability for extended voyages.

The yacht’s interior offers comfort with natural light, ventilation, and high-end entertainment, while the alfresco deck provides a sheltered space with a bar and ice maker.

While the four staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, a forward VIP and twin guest cabins, accommodate 8–11 people, features such as the Twin Disc Express Joystick System for docking and slow-speed manoeuvring make the yacht easy to manage with just two people. Additional systems like Dynamic Positioning provide precise automated station-holding, while a GPS Anchor watch system keeps an active view of position 24/7.

The moulded brow on the superstructure reduces wind resistance, glare and heat inside the yacht. The cockpit accommodates options such as fitting a game chair for serious anglers, dive compressors and water sports equipment all enhance versatility and enjoyment. Walkaround side decks with raised bulwarks provide added security when moving around the yacht’s exterior. With a top speed exceeding 30 knots and a range of over 3000 nautical miles at displacement speed, these yachts are built for serious cruising.
