Taking corporate responsibility seriously

Composites Australia was founded by industry personnel and registered as an association on 13 February 1990 as the Composites Institute of Australia. It was constituted to promote and protect the interests and reputation of the Australian composites manufacturing sector and supply chain to responsibly do what is necessary for further development of the Australian composites industry by its Constitution.

Stakeholders include paid-up members, federal, state and local governments, regulatory authorities, insurance companies, consumer organisations, the media, and the general public.

The C.A. Board is committed to good corporate governance and fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities in the best interests of the association and its stakeholders. It also fosters a culture of compliance that values ethical behaviour, personal and corporate integrity, accountability, and respect for others.
