This TECH Event provides a direct view of large-scale composite manufacturing for long-life, high-performance marine structures. Riviera’s vertically integrated production environment brings together composite fabrication, systems integration and interior fit-out across multiple concurrent vessel builds.

Kyle Davison, Director of Manufacturing, will present an overview of Riviera’s manufacturing system, including composite hull and superstructure production, production planning, quality control and the coordination of multidisciplinary trades. The session will also address Riviera’s internationalisation strategy, with more than 6,300 luxury motor yachts delivered globally over more than four decades.
A guided facility tour will follow, providing insight into composite hull, deck and superstructure manufacture; integration of structural, mechanical and onboard systems; and production sequencing across a large-scale marine manufacturing site.r fit-out across the site
