Abstract Submission Guidelines and Conditions – Peer Reviewed Stream

The abstract should be between 100-200 words and provide the objective and significance of the work to be presented to allow assessment of the proposed presentation. The abstract stands alone and any acronyms must be reintroduced in the document, so keep them to a minimum; also do not use footnotes or references. Papers/presentations must not focus on promotion of a company or its products.

Abstracts must be in English and submitted using the interactive Application Form document to allow the organisers to copy and paste the information for use during the conference.  Scanned forms will not be accepted.

Acceptance of the abstract does not constitute acceptance of the paper. A committee of peers will review all abstracts and reserves the right to accept and reject abstracts for inclusion in the program. By submitting an abstract, you grant the organisers permission to publish the abstract in hard copy and electronic format, unless otherwise requested. An invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration fee costs.

Upon acceptance of the abstract, instructions will be provided in regard to paper preparation. The presenter must be registered for the conference for the paper to be reviewed and locked into the conference proceedings. Refer to the terms and conditions  for the ACI-18 conference policy on refunds for cancellations, withdrawals and transfer of registration for change in presenter. After review, the author will be advised as to the paper’s acceptance or any changes required.
